Maryanne Lee is the co-founder of RGLR Collective, a consultancy for teams navigating change and high stakes transitions.
Maryanne brings over 15 years of experience working alongside leaders that are navigating the messiness of evolving teams, systems, and expectations, especially when the stakes are high and the clarity is low.
From large enterprises to mid-sized organizations, she’s seen what happens in high-growth environments when talented people get stuck in the messy middle: too many priorities, unclear roles, shifting expectations. Her coaching centers on a simple belief: when leaders know how they’re wired and how to work with it, not against it, they make better decisions, build healthier teams, and stay anchored through change.
Strengths in the Storm, a signature RGLR program to help mid-level leaders reclaim what they bring to the table by aligning their personal strengths with organizational reality. It’s not a pep talk, but rather the practical tools leaders need to set boundaries without burning bridges, be influential in times of change, and shift from “getting through the week” to leading on purpose.
As a design leader and managing director at Austin Center for Design, Maryanne blends insights, facilitation, and strengths-based coaching to cut through organizational chaos and help people move from “barely managing” to leading with intent.
