Über Louise Song

Louise Song is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, product strategist, founder, and former Amazon Senior Product Manager who helps individuals, teams, and leaders understand how they naturally think, lead, collaborate, and grow.

With a background spanning technology, business strategy, international development, and people-centered leadership, Louise brings both strategic clarity and deep human insight to her coaching. She has led complex cross-functional initiatives at Amazon, advised mission-driven organizations, and supported leaders navigating career growth, transitions, motherhood, burnout, and reinvention.

Louise’s coaching style is warm, practical, and energizing. She helps clients move beyond generic advice and into a clearer understanding of their own strengths, patterns, motivations, and possibilities. Her work is especially valuable for professionals, founders, mothers, managers, and mission-driven leaders navigating growth, transition, re-entry, or reinvention.

Louise is also the founder of Momma Chill, a growing coaching and community platform supporting women through motherhood, postpartum transitions, career re-entry, identity shifts, and seasons of personal change. Through this work, she is especially passionate about helping people navigate the “messy middle” of life and leadership: the moments when ambition, caregiving, identity, burnout, and reinvention all meet.

She believes strengths work can help people name what has always been true about them, reclaim confidence, and move forward with more clarity, ease, purpose, and self-trust.

Louise offers individual coaching, group workshops, and team sessions focused on leadership development, career clarity, personal growth, and strengths-based collaboration.
