Katya Nicholas is an executive coach and certified CliftonStrengths® practitioner who helps high-performing professionals pivot into work that fully aligns with their natural brilliance. Her coaching blends strategic clarity, emotional intelligence, and linguistic precision — helping clients name what’s off, clarify what’s next, and move forward without self-betrayal.
Before launching her coaching practice, Katya spent over a decade in global corporate roles and eight years as a professional translator, experiences that sharpened her ability to decode nuance, recognize pattern, and communicate across complex systems. Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, she holds a master’s degree in translation and linguistics and brings a culturally attuned lens to all her work.
Katya has guided hundreds of professionals around the world to uncover and own their unique talent DNA — what she calls their “zone of genius.” She specializes in career pivots, identity-aligned leadership, and the invisible burnout that often precedes reinvention.
