Über Elviera Schreuder

I am a business improvement expert, a well-rounded disruptor and I cannot wait to work with you!

I am the founder of Virtuous Coaching and have been coaching since 2012. I primarily use CliftonStrengths because it is a robust and valid assessment tool that measures an individual’s natural talents.

I equip individuals, teams and organisations with the aim to grow them for success through increased engagement and higher profitability. I also help identify marketing points for individuals and organisations. In fact, I LOVE marketing and polishing your existing Corporate ID / Personal Branding.

As a Certified Strengths Coach (Gallup) and Certified Results Coach (Neuroleadership Institute) I use methods based on research in the areas of neuroscience and strengths psychology – this means you are guaranteed to get positive results. As an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) I am part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. You can rest assured that I pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to my commitment to excellence in coaching.

I coach because I have an intense desire to take you, your team and your organisation to the next level. I enjoy it when a person becomes aware of his/her potential. It gives me tremendous joy to play a part in taking you to the next level of growth, achievement and all the discoveries along the way.

I do not take a “one-size-fits-all” approach – I tailor the process to each individual and organisation

whilst making use of well researched coaching models. I enjoy interacting with a variety of people from Millennials to Baby-Boomers and different cultures.

A positive workplace culture can be transformative. How is this achieved? “A strengths-based approach to management is the single best means of improving the employee-manager relationship that Gallup has observed over the years of working with organisations to improve employee engagement.”

In my spare time, I do outdoor activities, listen to podcasts and socialise.
