My name is Ineke Kramer, I am 57 years old and I live in the Netherlands with my family.
I have a background and a master degree as an organizational- and labour psychologist. I have a long
working experience in the field of HR, especially in the learning and development area.
I started as an assessment and selectionpsychologist and gradually developed my career into the area of
learning and development, the individual at his or her best in the context of an organization. In my career so far
I took on professional and management roles. For example I worked as a Talentmanager, but also led a team
on leadership development.
Currently I am working in management development..
To summarize the areas I have worked in talentmanagement, traineeship manager, career development,
training design and delivery,and currently in management development.
In all these areas with different employers (from Ministry of Internal affairs to the commercial area in Tata Steel)
I was fascinated by working at the cross road of the individual, his/her potential and the organisational
opportunities.
After my certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths coach, I started to work from the positive, talent and
strenghts based perspective even more, I worked with individual clients as well as teams. Teams I worked with
often were willing to improve their cooperation and performance, I am proud that I was asked to work with
them and positively contributed to their working pleasure and effectiveness as a team.
I have experience with and love working with people at many different levels, from shiftmanagers tot members
of the Executive Committee
As one of my main themes is Individualization, I always got a lot of energy from the insights people get by
discovering who they are and what drives them and the potential that gets unlocked..
My strengths themes top 5 are: Individualization, Arranger, Learner, Maximizer and Connectedness.
In my coaching I have an exploring, warm and action oriented approach. My coachees often feedback that
they the feel the safety to explore and the encouragement to take positive steps.
