Anastasia grew up in Ukraine but spent the last 20 years studying and working in the UK and now is based in Cyprus. She holds PhD in Organisational Culture and Change Management. Her career started in Learning & Development in Coca-Cola Beverages, followed by the move into Financial Services and Banking with the roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers and JPMorgan Chase.
Her work experience includes executive coaching, leadership development and facilitation, client relationship management, change management, culture assessment and transformation. In the Diversity & Inclusion space, she is a vocal advocate of cognitive diversity in the workplace.
Her primary areas of coaching are executive and leadership coaching, employee engagement, career development coaching and performance coaching for individuals and teams. Her professional background, together with personal strengths profile, makes her a particularly perceptive, intuitive, creative and flexible thinker and coach, suited to working in complex organisational environments as well as to building one-on-one connections. She sees coaching as a creative partnership with clients that helps them unlock their potential and encourage growth and confidence-building.
Anastasia has over ten years experience of running CliftonStrengths workshops for senior and mid-management teams where the understanding of strengths-based developement is converted into specific actions and further enhanced by follow up coaching engagements. Recently, she also expanded her services into exploring strengths-based development for teenagers and students. CliftonStrengths services include: CliftonStrengths workshops, team view debriefs, personal profile debrief, and individual strenngths coaching.
In addition to being a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Anastasia is accredited in several assessment instruments (e.g. CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessment, Leadership Curcle Profile, Strengthscope, Lumina Spark, Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS) and Team Diagnostics Survey (TDS)) and employs them within both her individual and team development assignments.
