Driven by a passion for enabling people to reach their full potential, Annette partners with individuals and teams to support their growth and help them to flourish.

 

As an experienced Executive Coach and former C-Suite member herself, Annette works with senior business leaders, partners in professional services firms and emerging leaders.

 

Annette is accredited with the EMCC, has a coaching diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She is also a Gallup CliftonStrengths® certified practitioner, as well as a Resilience Dynamic® coach.

 

Annette’s coaching approach is underpinned by a foundational belief that everyone has the capability within them to develop and make positive changes. 

 

In her individual coaching programmes, Annette partners with her clients to provide bespoke coaching that leads to lasting change. She strongly believes that understanding your strengths will deliver insights and self-awareness that will enable her clients to succeed. Annette supports her clients to build their resilience to successfully navigate their challenges

As a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach , she is a strong believer in working with clients to focus on their strengths and actively using them to achieve their goals. Annette runs Strengths based Leadership and Team workshops. Her workshops are tailored to her client’s desired outcomes, helping teams to build trust, collaborate and use their collective strengths to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. All ultimately helping them to become a more effective and a high performing team.

Prior to her career as an Executive Coach, Annette spent over 20 years working in Professional Services, firstly with Arthur Andersen, in both London and Sydney, before joining Frank Hirth(now part of EY) where she was a board member and equity shareholder. Annette also led the Private Client team and had board responsibility for Talent and Development, both of which she has always been passionate about. 

Annette’s approach is warm and empathetic, and her business leadership experience enables her to provide the right level of support and challenge to her clients.
