For over 12 years I've been helping schools to "do less, better" by focussing on the right things, in the right way, at the right time. The person who decides what is "right" is the coachee. I just help them to see what is there.
One of the hardest things to do isn't more but less. To do less is easy once you know what it is that you do best. And when you do less of those things that hold you back, it gives you capacity to do more of the things that move you towards excellence. Coaching creates your capacity, capability, and confidence to pursue excellence.
A large part of my impact has been achieved through a coaching approach. I love the way it helps people to put their "soul back into their role". And ultimately I love the difference it makes to the children; after all they have the most at stake when it comes to education. In schools, and in leadership, we lift ourselves by lifting others. As a coach I'm ready to help you to be lifted.
