The Promise Box delivers life changing keynotes, executive coaching, leadership development programs, resilience trainings, employee engagement, and DEIB consulting solutions grounded in decades of strengths-based research and organization design methodologies.
As a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and Organization Design strategist, Kaydian helps companies design and build high performing cultures grounded in strengths-based solutions. Kaydian has conducted workshops across the United States, delivers impactful keynotes and consulting. Kaydian is the host of the Redesign Your Best Life with Kaydi podcast show, which is dedicated to empowering individuals to intentionally navigate change and design playbooks for success.
Kaydian Comer is a global, Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, certified Prosci Change Practitioner, and an expertly trained Organization Designer through Cornell University’s ILR School. As a strengths-based trainer and trusted DEI strategist, Kaydian is committed to helping organizations build high-performing cultures and equips leaders to facilitate difficult conversations to successfully navigate organizational transformations.
Kaydian formerly held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer within the nonprofit sector, where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, DEI, and organizational development.
Additionally, Kaydian completed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business; Organizational Design: An Essential HR Capability program from Cornell University ILR School; Coaching Training Intensive and Personal Development Coaching Certificate from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute; Government Boards and Commissions Certification from Women for Economic and Leadership Development; and is a certified Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health America. Kaydian earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration with a specialization in Education from the University of Florida.
As a Florida Gator, Kaydian is joyfully married to Wes, an Ohio State Buckeye.
