Jen Cáceres

Jen is a firm believer that CliftonStrengths knowledge and application can absolutely change the way we work and live. She has seen teams thrive and evolve as she has implemented Strengths based leadership into teams across the construction field and in the corporate world.

Over the past nearly 15 years of her experience working in Human Resources and Organizational Development, all too often she has seen policies and procedures (many of which are antiquated and broken) trump a true People Strategy. We have been taught that HR is responsible for taking care of people and the truth is – EVERYONE is responsible. Especially leaders.

Working with you, her role is to help you and your team(s) re-center through strategic coaching. You are likely perusing here because something is out of sorts.
