Francisco Vasconcellos

Francisco is an experienced and qualified Learning and Development professional with a passion for supporting talent growth through coaching, training, and education. Building on extensive leadership experience, he has facilitated and managed learning and development programs in defence, corporate, higher education, and hospitality settings.

Francisco’s experience with Gallup CliftonStrengths includes 1:1 coaching, developing and facilitating strengths workshops, and integrating CliftonStrengths as a leadership development tool in higher education curriculum.  

In 1:1 coaching, clients constantly recognise Francisco for his strengths coaching approach: “Fran was an engaging, compassionate and energised coach. When designing and facilitating team strengths workshops, Francisco works with leaders to support their team’s development goals, which can be exemplified by this recent testimonial from a TAFE NSW Senior Manager: “The large workshops helped bring the team together and discover how best we can work together. The time you spent with everyone to unpack their strengths and look at how they are perceived within the organisation and what they do well has improved report within the team. Francisco’s strong evidence-based practice is supported by a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, a Bachelor of Business, and certification in various psychometric tools including Gallup CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessments (personality, leadership, 360), Behaviour (DISC), Emotional Intelligence (Genos and TEIQue), Mental Toughness (MTQPlus) and high-performance teams (HPTA).
