Randi earned her Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration-Student Affairs with an emphasis in Leadership and Learning from Iowa State University and has over ten years of experience impacting the teaching of leadership teaching practice in the education sector. Randi currently serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Student Engagement, Advocacy & Leadership at Wichita State University.
