How I got here - My first career was in the Wine Industry. Utilizing my background as a Sommelier, I managed grape sales of high end vineyards in California.

As I looked to grow my career, I didn't see a path forward that excited me. At the same time, I was experiencing burnout from being in a toxic work environment. Knowing this wasn't a sustainable situation, I set out to find a career that would be fulfilling and contribute to my wellbeing (not take away from it).

This led me to learn about my strengths and how to use them as a north star when deciding next steps.  My natural talent pointed me towards developing others with a focus on thinking strategically about the future. I also became passionate about guiding women out of toxic work environments after my own experience. 

Since then, I have developed myself as Professional Coach (see credentials below), investing in my own skillset so that I can help others create the work and life they want.
