Paul Prathap (Prathap Latchmanan) founded Men-Kind, an executive coaching and leadership development practice in Singapore. He spent nineteen years in uniform from the age of eighteen, seventeen of them as a regular, and commanded a Singapore Armed Forces battalion. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a doctoral researcher in crisis leadership (PhD in Defence and Security) at Cranfield University.
