I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Learning & Development specialist with a passion for helping people grow into the most confident, capable, and authentic versions of themselves.
With a background in developing leaders and teams across the early years sector, I bring a practical, people-centred approach to coaching. I’ve designed and delivered learning experiences ranging from wellbeing programmes and growth-mindset sessions to leadership development pathways and decision-making microlearning. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has unique talents waiting to be activated - and that when individuals understand and intentionally apply their strengths, they achieve greater clarity, performance, and fulfilment.
