With a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership and a distinguished career spanning roles from staff nurse to Dean of Nursing Programs, I have a deep understanding of how to empower others to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

In every position I’ve held—whether developing curriculum, launching new RN-BSN programs, leading accreditation efforts, or mentoring faculty—I’ve made it my mission to identify and nurture the unique capabilities of those around me.
