My first talent, restorative, relates to the ability to find the right development path for both myself and others. Strategic, on the 2nd place, together with communication, on the 3rd place, and with positivity on the 4th place, are three talents that enable me to identify and describe the next steps in one’s own development and to communicate these in an uplifting form, independently how difficult one’s situation is. Positivity in the 4th place together with futuristic in the 9th place, allow me to see the positive side of things, despite others seeing only the negative one, to turn negative into positive and to see next steps, where others see only closed roads. Furthermore, the developer talent in position 5 and the includer talent in position 8 assures that in my endeavors no one is left behind and that they will benefit from all the attention required for their personal development. Woo in position 6 turns an important part of my clients into friends, and helps some to even befriend each other. Learner, in position 10 demonstrates why at the age of 22 I managed to become the youngest coach to graduate the Gallup Strengths Coaching Course.
