About Dalila Hernandez

We have never longed for and sought after effective leadership as in our present time. While global problems turn to be more complex in nature, there is a pressing need for extraordinary leaders to make extraordinary changes in the social, economic, political, and environmental dimensions. And certainly to be an effective leader requires more than technical expertise, knowledge or experience. A leader becomes greatly effective when she or he is more inspired by her or his unique source of wisdom. According to Gallup research, leaders who intentionally tap into their unique talents and strengths are far more likely to accomplish their goals. Leaders who use their strengths experience higher levels of self-efficacy and are less likely to report experiencing worry, stress, anger or sadness. When leaders emphasize strengths, performance is significantly higher. The Clifton StrengthsFinder helps you know and explore your unique talents and strengths. And yet it is only the beginning.

Dalila would love to put her passion, knowledge and experience to your service so that you could harness your internal source of power and edge. Using Gallup´s StrengthsFinder as a guide, she helps her clients build in a mental and emotional skill set that helps them accelerate the effectiveness of their leadership. Dalila help her clients expand their consciousness to greater levels, acquiring practical tools as part of their problem-solving repertoire. She would be honored to walk with you along the path of excellence and personal fulfillment acknowledging every step of the way however small that leads you to make the difference you have been called to make in the world.

Dalila leads with her top 5 dominant themes (in order): Strategic, Relator, Learner, Achiever and Connectedness. She partners with Berenice Hernandez, who is an emotional intelligence expert, and has ample expertise in coaching at the workplace. Dalila began her career at a Diplomatic Representation of Mexico in the US and has worked as a technical consultant for international development. She co-founded a non-profit organization to advance values of peace and equality in under-served communities and currently serves as a volunteer at a grassroots organization to eliminate poverty in the US and the developing world.

Dalila earned her Bachelor´s Degree in Political Science and International Relations as well as a Diploma of Security, Immigration and Governance from the Center for Research and Teaching of Economics (CIDE). Her specialization field was deepened by acquiring a Diploma in Ethical Leadership and becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
