More about Martha
Martha is passionate about positive psychology - what is right with people! She believes that strengths development starts with “Me” but leads to “We” and equips people to grow in their ability to use their strengths to contribute, participate, and partner well with others at work, at school, at home, and in their communities.
She encourages SB leaders to inspire others to embrace and develop their natural talents and strengths. She coaches her clients to leverage their strengths and maximize organizational members’ collective talents and strengths to meet team and organizational goals.
Martha co-authored the book, Developing Strengths-Based Project Teams, with Connie Plowman in 2018. She earned her Master of Arts Degree from Saint John’s University in Minnesota in 2014. While working on her master’s degree, she attended several Gallup training courses and integrated strengths philosophy with her graduate work. She uses her education, Gallup training, and career and volunteer experience as she provides strengths education and development opportunities to SB leaders and organizations.
