Amy Till is the Vice President of Strengths Now, Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to helping people discover, affirm, and leverage their innate potential. Amy is an experienced facilitator and impactful coach who brings a down-to-earth, results oriented, and practical approach to her work. Clients appreciate Amy’s vibrant, yet easy and relatable style, and find themselves highly engaged in the process of developing their strengths. Amy excels at individual coaching and specializes in team workshops and retreats. She loves bringing teams together to help them understand one another and more fully and increase their engagement and productivity.
Amy’s prior professional experience includes non-profit management, and over 15 years of software engineering and consulting in a variety of industries. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently a candidate for a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Suffolk University. Amy holds a certificate in Disability and Health Policy from Suffolk University’s Moakley Center for Public Management. She also has a certificate in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities from The Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Amy is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the MPA National Honor Society.
