My expertise lies in three domains: EXECUTIVE COACHING, RELATIONSHIP COACHING, and WELL-BEING COACHING. I have complimented my Gallup strengths certification by pursuing my doctorate in the domain of people strengths and a masters in psychology (MA Psychology), specializing in counseling.
In executive coaching, I understand the context of the client (culture of the organization, leadership styles, and current deployment of strengths) by making use of online psychometric instruments. Appropriate intervention in the context as well as one-on-one coaching results in improved performance and happiness. In relationship coaching, I specialize in coaching for harmonizing marital discords (thereby transforming a near-divorce situation to the thriving of marriages), relationship concerns of youth, and effectively addressing strained relationships between parent-children, resulting in effective parenting.
In well-being coaching, I excel in coaching people who have been through traumatic life experiences (divorce, abuse, failures, and rejections), miss a sense of purpose in life, and generally are not happy.
I began my career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army (Corps of Signals). After a short stint of eight years in the Army, I held leadership roles as a Human Resource professional in reputed multinational corporations such as General Electric Lighting, Bayer CropScience, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as well as promoter-led organizations, contributing as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Spark Minda Group and Senior Vice President and CHRO of Shree Cement.
