日本では知られていない製品・サービスを生活に溶け込ませなら、新しい習慣を創出する業務に携わる。マイクロソフト社ではタブ レット PC「Surface」の日本初代製品責任者として “新しいパソコンの使い方” を、フィットビット社（現在はグーグル）では日本事業 立ち上げメンバーとして “腕時計で健康増進するという習慣” を日本で広めてきた。2018 年よりソノス日本法人のカントリージェネ ラルマネージャーとして現職に至る。2017年に米ギャラップ社のギャラップ認定ストレングスコーチ資格を取得。職場（職場以外にも少しだけ）、人の強みを生かすチーム運営をする際に利用している。書籍『「自分」を殺すな、武器にしろ』（朝日新聞出版）
