Thao Pham

I am Thao, an Executive and Corporate Well-being Coach based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with extensive experience working alongside leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds including Vietnamese, Singaporean, Thai, Filipino, Chinese, Pakistani, American, British, Croatian, Romanian, Japanese, Indian, German, Sri Lankan, Indonesian, Korean, Italian, and French professionals. 

 

Throughout my coaching career, I have had the privilege of contributing to the development journeys of esteemed clients across a broad range of mutinational organisations, including Unilever Vietnam, Unilever Asia (SIngapore), Pizza Hut, Sports-Skill Academy, Draeger, Google, Ipsos, AIA, Novatis, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage, Ajinomoto, Grab, Nestlé, Gigantec Media, TikTok, Lazada, Puratos, La Vie, Zalo Pay, Mega Lifesciences, Amazon, Dentsu Redder, Sun Life, Aeon, L'Oréal and Momo. 

 

I hold the Professional Certifed Coach (PCC) credential from teh International Coaching Federation, am a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) accredited by Newfield Asia, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. My coaching practice integrates these qualifications with my substantial mutinational corporate experience to provide:

 

1. One-on-one executive coaching for leaders and senior leaders to support the achievement of their leadership objectives.

2. StrengthsFinder workshop facilitation aimed at fostering a strengths-based culture within teams. 

 

Prior to my coaching career, I began as a Research & Development specialist at Ajinomoto Vietnam in 2004. After two and a half years, I transitioned into market research, where I accumulated over a decade of experience with Nielsen, Unilever Vietnam, and Unilever Asia Private Ltd. In my final role at Unilever, I served as Senior Manager 2C Consumer & Market Insights for Southeast Asia and Australia, overseeing the total Laundry category. This role deepened my understanding of consumer behaviour and human aspirations, which serves as a foundation for my coaching practice since 2017. 

 

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, an MBA from the University of Technology in Vietnam, and a Master of Financial Management from the Australian National University. 

 

I am committed to partnering with team leaders to co-create cultures grounded in understanding and strengths, fostering environments where both individuals and organisations can thrive. 

 

I am fluent in Vietnamese and English, and have lived in Australia and Singapore for a combined five years.
