Hi, my name is Margaret Starka. I’m passionated in HR and Marketing. I have 16 YEARS EXPERIENCES IN both worlds.
I have started with direct marketing and for seven years I've been part of the Red Bull, where I co-created on a strategy of direct marketing addressing consumers with over 60 talented people in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
After I entered the world of HR, where I directly co-created and developed the area related to the most important part of every company - people.
I believe that HR is an area that every company needs to focus on.
I am leading company BE-DNA. We help to identify and co-create a company DNA. My main focus regarding Gallup philosophy is implementing it through whole employee lifecycle.
Second project which I’m the part of it, is BE ID HUMAN. Our main focus is diversity and inclusion. We uncover the potential of inclusion and diversity.
That is why we are opening up themes of inclusion and diversity through a joint dialogue with companies. Regardless of the size or experience of the company, we bring a new perspective on this matter. We offer a concrete way to create and fulfill I&D.
