Hi, I’m Margaret Starka.
I am an Employee Experience strategist, Gallup-certified coach and founder of BE-DNA®. A Czech-Slovak consultancy focused on designing people-centered organizations.
My professional journey started in direct marketing. For seven years, I was part of Red Bull, where I co-created direct marketing strategies and led teams of over 60 talented people across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. That experience shaped my understanding of brand, performance and growth, not only in markets, but inside organizations.
Later, I moved into HR, where I began focusing on what truly drives business results: the lived experience of people at work.
Today, through BE-DNA®, we help companies map their Employee Experience, design culture strategically and translate values into everyday leadership and decision-making. We connect data, positive psychology and Gallup philosophy across the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction to development and retention.
I also co-create initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion and intergenerational dialogue, because sustainable performance is impossible without psychological safety and belonging.
