I use she/her pronouns and I am a WV native living in Tennessee for the last 12 years. I have a Master's degree in College Student Personnel and have been working in higher education for over 13 years.

I love helping others cultivate who they are with their CliftonStrengths and what they bring to the table. CliftonStrengths Assessment gives you the language to understand yourself and I am here to help you understand it! I took my first Gallup training in Summer 2020 then went on to get fully certified in March of 2022. I have been used CliftonStrengths in Strengths-based leadership for students and staff and now focus on staff development and team building for staff and faculty. I love getting to see how each person's strengths show up and change with each person.
