Tammy Hensch is a retired Army combat veteran with more than 25 years of federal service and over a decade of corporate experience developing senior leaders and building high‑performing teams in complex environments.
Her leadership journey began as an enlisted Army medic, where caring for people was both a responsibility and a calling. As she progressed through the ranks and later served as a commissioned officer, Tammy deepened her commitment to leadership grounded in trust, compassion, and accountability—leading diverse teams through uncertainty and change.
Over the past 10 years in corporate and organizational settings, Tammy has applied and evolved these leadership principles while partnering with senior leaders to navigate transition, strengthen engagement, and intentionally develop talent. Guided by her philosophy, “Take care of your people, and they will take care of you—success is never achieved alone,” she helps leaders understand and apply their CliftonStrengths with intention. Tammy coaches leaders to embrace their leadership journey, remain connected to their values, and unlock their full potential while building resilient, strengths‑based teams prepared to lead in a rapidly changing, AI‑influenced workplace.

Tammy holds a Ph.D. in Business with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
