Acerca de Justin Samuel, Ph.D.

Dr. Justin Samuel is a personal coach, scholar, speaker, and consultant.

Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Justin is a proud second-generation Desi/South Asian American. He knew from a young age that he wanted to help people be the best they can be.

Justin completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin in the College of Natural Sciences. He then moved to the Midwest to complete his master's degree at The Ohio State University, studying under renowned scholars in higher education and student affairs. Justin then went on to earn his Ph.D. at his alma mater, The University of Texas at Austin, where he completed research on sense of belonging and identity intersectionality.

Justin has three current professional appointments at The University of Texas at Austin, and he's highly involved with higher education and student affairs related professional organizations. Justin is also trained as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory®. In all of these roles, Justin is unequivocally known for polishing – people and programs – until they shine!

As a coach, Justin's areas of focus include: career transition for millennials, work/life balance and integration, personal brand development, and image consulting. He leverages clients' talent themes to: think strategically about setting goals, boost effectiveness, celebrate mini and major wins, and ultimately... "Maximize Their Image!"
