I'm Deniz, a strengths-based systemic coach, an organizational psychologist, and an HR professional. I'm a Cypriot, living in Berlin and working in/with start-ups and scale-ups. With more than a decade long experience in HR, my expertise lies within Leadership Development, Performance Management and Growth.
