Who I Am
I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and the founder of StrengthsWire, a strengths-based learning and coaching platform.
Strengths coaching changed my life. I spent years dimming the things that made me exceptional so I could round myself out. Then a coach asked me to rate how much I was actually leaning into my Top 5. The answer was: barely at all. Once I started leaning in, everything shifted. I found flow. I started thriving instead of existing. That is the reason I built StrengthsWire.
My Background
Former Chief Product Officer at Kmart and Target (Wesfarmers), with senior roles at WooliesX, Westpac, AMP, and the Australian federal government. Executive MBA. Master of Technology. Over twenty years of experience including leading teams, coaching people through career pivots, and rolling out strengths-based programmes across hundreds of people inside Australia's largest companies.
What I Built
