A qualifed life coach for 20 years and a firm believer in building from your strengths, I have supported many people over my career to date to achieve what they thought was out of reach.
I can be by your side through life events, career changes, retirement. As a former CEO I can provide executive coaching and / or mentoring if suitable.
As a family man with two grown up children I can support parents who might appreciate some support or are alone bringing up children.
I can also help you not take life too seriously, to gain perspective and to adopt a stoic approach that will help lift the weight of life that can be a tad heavy to bear at times.
