I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, sales leader, and trainer who helps individuals and teams unlock peak performance by leaning into what they naturally do best.

With a background in sales leadership, talent development, and organizational training, I’ve spent my career developing people and coaching professionals at every level, from new hires to senior leaders, across sales, leadership, ministry, and education. I’ve led high-performing teams, built training programs from the ground up, and coached individuals through moments of growth, transition, and reinvention.

My coaching style is practical, direct, and people-centered. I don’t believe in fixing what’s “wrong” with you; I believe in sharpening what’s already strong. Using the CliftonStrengths framework, I help clients gain deep self-awareness, translate their strengths into everyday behaviors, and apply them intentionally to leadership, communication, decision-making, and career growth.
