Miki made significant contributions in the areas of leadership & manager capability building, career development, talent assessment, recruiting & onboarding, employee engagement & well-being, diversity & inclusion, succession planning, executive coaching, and performance management, to the firms and individuals she has worked with.
Miki completed the requirements to be a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2018. She has worked with numerous organizations, teams, and individuals to unleash their potentials using the CliftonStrengths® assessment and Strengths based development tools. She is committed to supporting her clients develop strengths-based culture and capabilities.
