Katsuaki Eto

Katsuaki Eto is a professional consultant and facilitator specialized in Organizational Development. He started his career in the financial industry, and went on to work in international education and management consulting, with positions in sales, training, development, and management.  

Throughout his career, he has earned U.S. CPA, MBTI, DiSC, and NLP certification as well as extensive practical experience in organizational development through HRD trainings such as coaching, management, leadership, and facilitating workshops to develop team performance using strengths-based development.  

His main focus is to help an organization change to a strengths-based organization, increasing the its effectiveness, flexibility, and ability to withstand disruptive market changes, ensuing challenges, and chaos.
