Sarah Davis has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, leadership consultant, and founder of Recreate Leadership for over a decade. With a Master’s degree in Education and a specialization in Instructional Design, Sarah brings a rare blend of coaching expertise and learning architecture to her work-designing, developing, and delivering leadership programs that drive real behavior change.
As one of the earliest Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches worldwide, She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from corporate organizations and nonprofits to healthcare systems and the special operations military.
At the core of Sarah’s work is a deep commitment to developing better humans. Recreate Leadership exists to equip people with the skills, tools, and best practices needed to grow in self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and become the best versions of themselves; personally and professionally.
While Sarah has led Recreate Leadership for over 12 years, she is also the Co-Founder of Lead Aligned, a newer venture focused on helping organizations take control of avoidable turnover and build workplaces where people want to stay, grow, and lead.
