Most people read their CliftonStrengths report, recognize something true in it, and stop there. I help individuals and teams go deeper, so you understand your Talent Themes well enough to use them on purpose.
I know that gap firsthand. I took the assessment twice before my Gallup certification training showed me how much was underneath.
What to expect from me
- Concepts, not just a report. You learn the thinking underneath your results, so you can keep using it long after we've finished.
- Your whole life, not just your job. Your Talent Themes don't switch off at the end of the workday. Home, relationships, and everyday decisions are fair game.
- Built around you. No set curriculum. I ask questions first, then shape the work around what you're actually working through.
For individuals: One-to-one coaching, online. Book one session or several, whatever fits what you're working on.
For teams: Workshop options ranging from two hours to two days, in person or online. I build a custom agenda and activities around your team's vision and goals. One-to-one follow-up coaching is available for everyone or a selected group.
Background: Before becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I spent 15 years in product management at a global company, working with people from the factory floor to the executive suite, around the world. I've been coaching since 2016, with individuals and with universities, global corporations, start-ups, and small companies looking to grow. I'm based in Miami and travel for in-person workshops.
