Bryan Roush M.S. Ed is an experienced learning designer, leadership educator, coach, counselor, and presenter based in the Chicago area. As someone that identified as neurodivergent, Bryan understands everyone learns and understands differently, especially when being coached. He uses those experiences to understand where his clients are coming from and meet them where they are at.
Bryan has won numerous awards from educational institutions regarding his innovative and creative approach to topics on leadership, team building and social justice. Bryan received the "Best LGBTQ+ Program, Diversity and Equity Award" from Northern Illinois University, the "Innovation Award" from DePaul University in 2013, and has presented at multiple conferences. In addition, Bryan has a background with educational institutions, public service, and non-profits including the African American Museum of Iowa, Goodwill of Northern Illinois, and service through the Americorps VISTA program.
