I'm passionate about helping my clients unlock the most capable and powerful versions of themselves and those they lead.
Currently, I work with the national offices of a protestant church, providing leadership development opportunities for those starting new communities. I regularly work with entrepreneurs, church and other faith-based leaders, and non-profit leadership teams to leverage their Clifton Strengths toward accomplishing their goals and growing in their personal development.
As a Clifton Strengths coach, I've also worked with clients in a variety of professions and sectors including social work, academia, medicine, and the arts.
