Like more and more people entering the workforce today, I found myself in a job that had nothing to do with my college degree. It took years of experience, solid coaching, and a passion to put my strengths to work to bring me where I am today. I am a business coach working both internally and externally to help others uncover the best version of themselves. Prior to professional coaching, I've directed a non-profit that combats hunger, spent more than 10 years in ministry, and a decade of corporate success. Throughout my working life I have fundraised for my own salary to move my family overseas in Brazil, and have worked my way up the corporate world as I discovered how my strengths can allow me to be the best version of myself possible. My background and experience makes me a unique coach for individual or team development, as well as your organization workshops.
