I am an ICF-accredited executive coach specialised in high-performance leadership and change. I support clients from senior executives through to ambitious entrepreneurs and have coached clients in over 25 countries, focusing principally on the UK, US and Europe.
My coaching approach supports the coachee to achieve ambitious goals, typically in preparation for promotion or on taking on a new senior leadership role. Clients include senior leaders (typically CEO / C-suite) in global corporates (public and private), professional services, global tech firms and ambitious scale-ups.
My own background encompasses over 20 years of corporate experience across consulting and exco leadership for two major global retailers. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and a holder of a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in the UK. I am a member of the New York-based 100 Coaches Agency. I was also on the board of the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.
