I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who believes that leveraging your strengths can lead to success in a variety of roles within your life. My career path includes recruitment and placement for a cultural exchange organization, education, fitness and performance training, and HR in publicly traded manufacturing organizations as an HR business partner and manager for global teams. I have a knack for building relationships and finding ways to connect with people from multiple countries, cultures, and ways of life. My passions in human resources include talent development and education in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I hold my SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. I enjoy helping others cultivate their passions while creating balance with their mind, body, and spirit through their work, fitness, and fun.
