Grace Solis, MBA, GPCC, PCC, is the Organizational Development Director for Keystone International, Inc. Ms. Solis manages Keystone's organizational development consulting projects as well as the human resources department. She has nearly 17 years of organizational development consulting experience, facilitation, workshop design and delivery and leadership coaching for diverse clientele. Ms. Solis earned her coaching certification through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and holds a Profession Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her passion for strengths led to a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification in 2023.
