I founded Awen Strategy — Awen is the Welsh word for inspiration — on a simple belief: most growth problems are leadership-capacity problems in disguise. Inspiring growth through service to others is the value that runs underneath everything I do.
Awen Strategy is a service-disabled veteran-owned leadership consulting firm serving the Baltimore–Washington region. I partner with three kinds of leaders:

I naturally see patterns others miss and tailor every engagement to the person in front of me.
