I’m Jenny Chu, and I’m a certified coach and organizational development consultant. I care deeply about helping people reach their full potential. I believe organizations win when they prioritize their people.
Having spent the majority of my career in small organizations and nonprofits, I’m intimately familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with these types of organizations. I especially enjoy working with small teams, nonprofits, and association professionals.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from the University of Richmond and my Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. I live in Richmond, Virginia, with my husband, two daughters, and our allotment from the Cat Distribution System.
