Joanna Tonkowicz (she/her) について

I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, an Agile-certified practitioner, and I have completed postgraduate studies in Neurodiversity Management. I have worked with more than 400 individual CliftonStrengths profiles and supported over 20 teams in discovering and intentionally using their strengths.

I work primarily with leaders, board members, emerging leaders and professionals with a leadership mindset. Through individual sessions, executive mentoring, training programmes and facilitated mastermind groups, I support them in strengthening their leadership impact, redefining their professional roles, redesigning teams and navigating organizational change and business growth.

My professional experience spans HR, marketing and leading a business line. As a result, I understand organizations from several perspectives - people, culture, structure, communication, leadership, customer needs and business results. I connect these disciplines in Neuro_ID, my original approach combining CliftonStrengths, neurodiversity, interpersonal communication, leadership development and human-centred organizational design.

Neuro_ID considers three interconnected dimensions: the individual and their natural ways of thinking and working; relationships and communication between people with different cognitive styles; and the work environment created by leadership, culture, processes and ways of working. My goal is not to make people fit one model of success, but to help them understand their potential and create conditions in which they can use it.

Interpersonal communication is central to my work. I believe that words have the power to build trust, shape relationships and influence the quality of collaboration. Many workplace tensions arise not from bad intentions, but from communication patterns used without awareness of their impact. Drawing on years of practice in Nonviolent Communication, feedback culture and other communication methods, I help people turn self-awareness into more conscious conversations, stronger relationships and better leadership.

I approach professional development holistically. I support people in building success that is ambitious and meaningful, but also sustainable, taking into account their health, relationships, values and the energy required for long-term growth.

Alongside my work with leaders, I support neurodivergent teenagers and young adults, including people with ADHD, ASD and AuDHD. I help them strengthen their self-awareness and sense of self-worth, recognise their natural talents and make informed choices about education, careers, workplaces and organizational cultures. This work is especially close to my heart and reflects my personal mission to help young people build adulthood around both their potential and their needs.

You can count on me to see not only your strengths and professional role, but also the person behind them. I will help you understand your natural patterns, communicate with greater awareness and translate self-knowledge into practical decisions about leadership, work and life. I will not impose one definition of success, but support you in creating a path that is aligned with who you are, while also considering your team, organizational environment and business goals.
