For 15 years, I worked as a college counselor in independent schools, helping students navigate one of the most anxious, comparison-driven stretches of their lives. In 2019, I moved into education technology sales, but the work that lit me up never changed: helping people see their own talent clearly enough to act on it. Today I coach full-time, using the language of strengths to help individuals find clarity and confidence, managers build stronger teams, and educators bring strengths-based thinking into their classrooms. I believe most people are closer to their next breakthrough than they realize...most just need the right lens, and someone in their corner. I'd love to connect.
