Thirty years’ experience in small and medium size corporations allows me not just use all the tools that I am certified for, but all the background to be used in a wide variety of situations. Motivation, leadership, pre-retirement coach, intergroup conflicts, and lack of sales experience were among others scenarios I encountered and successfully addressed during my career. Lately, the education field has been one of the most rewarding tasks because I was involved being a real need for our future entrepreneurs. Spanish is my mother tongue, therefore my capability to work with Latin American groups and individuals is a real plus for customers who want growth as companies or individuals.
