I am a certified Gallup strength coach working in the field of Staff Development in Nashville Public School Education. I work with people on a daily basis to help them improve their understanding and navigation of the district established software and hardware to help them perform their job duties best! I use my top 10ish strength's daily to help me accomplish my responsibilities to the best of my ability while always focusing on how I can best pull on the strengths of those around me.
