Sally Magee Bankes is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, executive coach, leadership facilitator, and licensed Professional Engineer who helps organizations build stronger leaders and peak-performing teams.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning engineering, construction, project management, and leadership development, Sally brings a unique blend of technical expertise and people development to every engagement. She understands the realities of leading complex projects, cross-functional teams, and diverse workforces and translates CliftonStrengths into practical strategies leaders can apply immediately.
Sally partners with organizations to improve communication, strengthen collaboration, build trust, navigate conflict, and develop high-impact leaders. Her work includes CliftonStrengths team workshops, leadership retreats, executive coaching, and customized leadership development programs designed to create lasting behavioral change -- not just a great workshop experience.
Having worked with everyone from C-Suite executives to frontline construction professionals, Sally is especially passionate about supporting leaders in engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, and other technical industries where strong leadership and effective teamwork are essential to project success.
Before launching Magee Leadership Solutions, Sally built her career as a civil engineer and project manager. She holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and served as a Peace Corps Water Resources Engineer in Honduras.
In addition to her Gallup certification, Sally is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, and holds a coaching certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
