Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke has distinctive specialties in coaching emerging executives, leaders of diverse teams, leaders of color, leaders who have a disability, leaders of ability-diverse teams, executive MBA students, and post doctoral researchers. Jennifer is an experienced leadership and team development coach who inspires her clients to leverage their strengths and take purposeful, intentional, and meaningful actions to reach their goals. She serves as a trusted adviser for executive sponsors and program managers as they lead global business transformations and enterprise-wide initiatives. Jennifer has 25+ years of corporate, higher education, nonprofit, and startup leadership experience.
In addition to being a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach, Jennifer is a Prosci ADKAR-Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Diversity Executive. Jennifer conducted academic research on leadership practices that inform disability inclusion. She has a doctorate degree in Education (Ed.D.) with a concentration in Organization and Leadership, and an Executive MBA from the University of San Francisco (USF). Jennifer received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.
