With over two decades of senior leadership experience in global multinationals — including 3M, Ecolab, and Smiths Medical/ICU Medical — Mihaela brings a rare combination to her coaching: she has lived the pressure, complexity, and ambiguity her clients face at the executive level, not just observed it from the outside. Leading cross-cultural teams across EMEA and MEA markets in Medical Devices and Life Sciences gave her firsthand command of what it takes to drive results in fast-moving, highly regulated environments — managing organizational change, building commercial performance, and developing the people around her.
Her transition into coaching was a natural extension of what she had always done best in corporate life: helping leaders think more clearly, decide more deliberately, and perform at their best under pressure — driven by a growing conviction that the most powerful lever in any organization is the quality of its leadership.
Today, Mihaela partners with senior leaders and high-potential executives navigating leadership transitions, building executive presence, and learning to lead from their strengths rather than their fears. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in one belief: real transformation happens when leaders stop performing leadership and start inhabiting it.
